VIRTUAL PILATES MAT
Join us from your home/office for an invigorating, feel-good, late-morning Pilates workout! This all-levels class, based on the intermediate Classical Pilates Mat sequence, is simultaneously fun & challenging. Learn the traditional order, and expect creative variations each week as we build core strength and explore alignment, stretch, balance, and control. Modifications will be offered, and a combination of instructor demonstration & precise verbal cueing will keep you on track.

PILATES TOWER
A small group class on the versatile Pilates Tower! Amplify your essential mat work with a system of springs and bars which provide resistance for strengthening, support for proper alignment, and just the right amount of tension for assisted stretching and varied movement exploration. A great introduction to the benefits of working with Pilates apparatus. All levels welcome! Class size is limited to 5 people.

FULL-STUDIO CLASS
Experience the full Pilates system as originally conceived by Joseph Pilates. In this class, you will be guided through exercises on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Chair, various-sized barrels, & more! Build your confidence & strength on each apparatus available to you in a fully-equipped Pilates studio. Expect new and interesting challenges each week as you explore the full breadth of the Classical Pilates Method. Class size is limited to 4 people.

ROLL & RELEASE
Recover from the physical demands of life by exploring tools for self-care. In this practice, we utilize grippy YOGA TUNE UP® Therapy Balls to roll out tension, improve breathing capacity, break dysfunctional movement patterns, and provide invaluable insight into your anatomical architecture. Spend some time rehydrating your fascia and releasing painful trigger points. Gain mobility and resiliency through self-massage, exploratory movement, and conscious relaxation.
